EasyRide operates a strict no-refund policy for all two-wheeler rental bookings to ensure fair operations for vehicle owners and platform stability. Cancellation RulesAll payments for confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing or reason. No refunds for no-shows, early returns, or reduced rental periods.Changes to bookings after confirmation incur full charges with no reimbursement. ExceptionsRefunds apply only if EasyRide cancels due to vehicle unavailability or force majeure events, processed within 7-10 days to original payment method. Security deposits are separately refundable after vehicle inspection, minus damages or dues, within 3-7 working days.
