2. User Responsibilities

3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and official confirmation from EasyRide.
4. Payments & Charges
- Rental charges are displayed before payment
- Security deposits may apply
- Late return charges apply
- Traffic fines are customer’s responsibility
- No-Refund Policy applies unless cancelled by EasyRide
5. Prohibited Activities
- Drunk driving
- Driving without licence
- Racing or stunt riding
- Sub-leasing vehicle
- Off-road misuse
- Illegal activities
6. Limitation of Liability
EasyRide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the rental amount paid or ₹100, whichever is lower.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Damage & Liability Policy
1. Vehicle Damage
The customer is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during the rental period, including repair charges, labor costs, towing fees and downtime charges.
2. Insurance Claims
If insurance claims are rejected due to negligence (drunk driving, unauthorized rider, etc.), the customer will bear full financial responsibility.
3. Third-Party Damage
The customer is solely responsible for injury, death or property damage caused to third parties while using the vehicle.

5. Cleaning & Property Damage
Excessive dirt, stains, burns or misuse may attract cleaning fees and additional charges.
